Accommodation
Internal design was my grandfather’s and father’s profession. It was also my main profession before I got involved in the tourism/hotel industry.
That is why it was so exciting to design the interiors while matching them with the building’s strong external features, all within a continuum running between history and modernity.
Likewise the primordial, authentic, artistic and emotionally exciting beauty of the Sassi led the quest regarding the names of the rooms.
In a play between mythology and reality the Muses were chosen, since they are the expression of various art forms and they follow humankind’s evolution and accompany its perceptions in a synthesis of the idea of “Whole.”
CLIO

Clio (from the Greek Κλειώ), the first of the nine Muses in Greek mythology is considered the Muse of epic poetry and history.
