A credit card number is required as a guarantee for each reservation. In order to confirm the reservation, the Hotel may sometimes ask the credit card company for a pre-authorization on the credit card provided by the guest. The pre-authorization is not a charge to the guest’s account but it is necessary to check the validity of the credit card and for the consequent temporary hold of the amount of the first night to guarantee the reservation.
If this pre-authorization is not successful, your reservation will be cancelled.
Should the cancellation not comply with the terms set forth, the hotel is authorized to charge the guest’s credit card. If no penalty is foreseen, the hotel shall refund the pre-authorized amount of money.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Any reservation must be followed by the hotel written confirmation. The guest shall send the Hotel the details of a valid credit card.
The guests who need an invoice are kindly requested to inform the hotel staff upon confirmation of the reservation and send the necessary details to issue the invoice. If the invoice details are not sent, the hotel will issue a tax receipt .
A cancellation request letter must be sent to the Hotel that is entitled to apply a penalty as per cancellation policy indicated below:
– cancellation up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival is free of charge
– for cancellation up to 4 days prior to the date of arrival the hotel will charge the first night’s total accommodation
– late cancellation or no show will be subject to 100% penalty of the total accommodation.
– Rates include night accomodation and breakfast from 08:00 to 10:30 a.m.
- The reception is open from 8 am to 11 pm.
- Check-in available from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Check-out available from 8.00 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- If guests do not arrive within the check-in time mentioned above, they are kindly requested to inform the hotel. An additional fee may be required.
- Pets are allowed on request and may be subject to an additional fee.
